Official Geo Tour
It’s no surprise that Rand McNally listed Peachtree City as one of the top places for Geocaching in the country—there are over 300 caches hidden throughout town! Go out on your own, or stop by the Peachtree City Visitors Center, now located in the Avenue shopping center, to pick up “The Official Peachtree City Geo Tour” consisting of 19 Geocaches hidden around Peachtree City. Caches have fun names that give clues to their general location like, Stalking Dead, Lake Kedron Walkabout, and Luther’s Legacy. This is a great way to explore the path system on a golf cart, bike, or on foot. All 19 caches are also accessible by car. At the end of your hunt, bring your completed geocache word puzzle back to the Visitors Center to collect a special prize.
